This page explains how the Attuna website handles information about the people who visit it. The short version: this site is built to know as little about you as possible.
Browsing this site
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no advertising pixels or social-media trackers. It does not build profiles of its visitors, and it does not sell or share visitor information for advertising. The site currently runs no analytics at all; if that ever changes, the practice will use only a privacy-respecting, cookieless service and update this page first.
The inquiry form
The inquiry form collects only contact details: your name, email, phone, who care is for, an age group, what you’re looking for, and your preferred contact times. It deliberately asks for no medical or clinical details; please don’t include any. When the form is live, submissions route to a system appropriate for handling health-related information; inquiries are never routed through general-purpose marketing tools. Contact details are used only to respond to you.
You can reach the practice at [email protected]. Ordinary email is convenient, but no email is a fully secure medium, so please keep a first message to contact and scheduling details, and save clinical information for the visit itself.
Health information
This website is not a medical record and is not the place to share one. Health information that patients share with the practice in the course of care is protected under federal and state law, and every patient receives a Notice of Privacy Practices explaining those protections in full.
