A multi-session, physician-led evaluation: detailed developmental history, direct clinical assessment, review of records, and a written report with a feedback session. Evaluation requests are reviewed for fit before scheduling.

However we start, the shape is the same. Telehealth in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In-person appointments in Massachusetts when the case calls for it. You’ll need to be physically located in Massachusetts or Rhode Island during telehealth visits. First appointments are 90 to 120 minutes, typically within 1 to 2 weeks, and you’ll hear back from the practice within 3 business days.
Attuna is a self-pay, out-of-network practice: not in-network with insurance plans, and not accepting Medicare. Superbills are provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and fees are discussed before scheduling and confirmed in writing before any appointment.
